TPU FOR HOT MELT ADHESIVE

Jintang TPU used to hotmelt film. lt exhibits good toughness, wear resistance, elasticity and excellent bonding strength for TPU, PVC, nylon,polyester, fabrics, leather etc.Use methods are tape casting, scraping,injection molding, extrusion etc.

TPU FOR SOLVENT ADHESIVE

Jintang TPU used to make adhesive. lt exhibits low thermal activation temperature, optional rate of crystallization time. Bonding materials asfabric, leather, rubble, wood, plastic film and aluminum foil etc. Easy bedissolved in esters, ketones, DMF etc.

TPU FOR PUR HOT MELT ADHESIVE

Jintang TPU for PUR hotmelt adhesive with high initial bonding, moistureand temperature resistance, environmental friendly etc. Widely used inelectronics, home furnishings, automobiles, textiles, building materials etc.

TPU HOT MELT POWDER

JintangTPU powder as polymer combined environmental friendly material.lt exhibits uniform particle size distribution,high adhesion strength, washable, transparency, soft feel, goodrebound, no pollution etc. Bonded kinds of materials as textile.leather, sponge, paper etc. Sprayed evenly over the surface of substrate, laminated, heated, pressurized.

POLYESTER BAESD TPU

Jintang Polyester Based TPU with excellent physical properities,good transparency, abrasion resistance, low temperature fexibility, easy processing and fast de-molding, cold/ heat temperature resistance, stable melting point etc. lt widely used in shoes sole, bag, phone cover, caster wheel, automative spare parts, cable, converyer belt, elastic taps, air-cushion.

POLYETHER BAESD TPU

Jintang Polyether Based TPU with excellent hydrolysis and bacteria resistance, low temperature elastic, good aging resistance ect. Widely used in tube, wires, fire hoses, water poloball, fabric coating, compounding, film etc. Easy processing for injection molding, extrusion, calendering etc.

ALIPHATIC TPU

Jintang Aliphatic TPU with never-yellowing, high tensile strength,good abrasion, scratch, fungus resistance, low termperature flexibility etc. Widely used in automotive parts, films and sheets watch belts, medicals and electronics etc. Easy processing for injection molding, extrusion, milling powder etc.
